Please upload a file containing up to 500 dormant leads. Accepted formats: CSV, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, PDF, TXT (max 15MB).

Please also include any available history for each lead that could help us understand how far the relationship or conversation progressed — previous enquiries, conversation history, CRM notes, products or services discussed, dates of previous contact, previous responses, appointments, quotations, previous purchases and how far the lead progressed.

Don't worry if you don't have complete information for every lead. Provide whatever history you already have available.

Your data remains your data

Dormant Lead Rescue will use the lead information you provide solely for the purpose of delivering the Dormant Lead Rescue Sprint you have purchased. We will not contact your leads on your behalf, add them to our own marketing lists, sell their information, use their details to market our own products or services, or use their personal data for our own commercial purposes.

We process only the information necessary to analyse and prioritise your dormant leads and prepare your bespoke re-engagement campaign and action plan.

Uploaded lead files are temporarily processed through the website in order to securely transfer your submission to Dormant Lead Rescue. The uploaded working file is automatically removed from the website's active storage one hour after successful transmission. Infrastructure providers may retain limited backup or technical information according to their own security and retention policies.

I confirm that I am authorised to provide this information to Dormant Lead Rescue for processing as part of this service and that I remain responsible for ensuring my collection, retention and subsequent use of the data complies with applicable data-protection and direct-marketing law.

Dormant Lead Rescue provides re-engagement analysis, strategy and prepared email content. We do not determine whether you are legally permitted to send a particular marketing communication to a particular contact, and we do not provide legal advice. Submitting this intake does not begin work until your Founding Client payment has been verified.
